Fifth Generation viticulturist, Simon Tolley selects small parcels of fruit from his two family owned vineyards located in the heart of the Adelaide Hills, Woodside, South Australia. Simon has made these wines with the intuitive knowledge of growing quality grapes and with the advice from his wine- making father, Andrew Tolley. Personally selected vine clones have been chosen and planted by Simon and the result is a range of high quality cool climate wines.
